TV and Wifi Access

WIFI Access

There two network names in each unit:  MySpectrumxx – 2G  and MySpectrumxx-5G  where the xx is specific to your unit (e.g. My Spectrumd8-2G is the unit 4 network.) You can connect to either -2G or -5G.
For more information (including passwords) on the WiFi network refer to your unit’s information binder.

Do not install your own equipment or interfere with modems or routers as it violates our agreement.

TV

Devices such as Apple TVs, Amazon Fire Sticks, or Rokus, etc, are allowed.  Remember to return the input source back to cable TV.

If cable TV or internet access issues arise, please call the front desk at the Homestead.  Refer to the Important Phone Numbers section. An authorized user must initiate service requests.

Further, any individual requests to alter service within your unit that results in an increased cost will be the responsibility of that individual. The association will not bear the cost of individual service modifications. Please bring your requests to the attention of the board for consideration.
